为了提高教师的教育教学水平,努力建设一支具有良好思想品德和业务素质的教师队伍。 笛迪.梧桐幼儿园邀请到北京青苗荟幼教联盟魏宏园长到园培训指导。全体教师在轻松、愉快、互动的氛围中积极学习，课堂气氛非常热烈。
In order to improve our teaching standards and upgrade our teaching techniques as a whole, we specially invited Principal Wei from Spoutunion (Beijing) to come and give us guidance. The atmosphere was a relaxed and pleasant one, everyone participated and benefitted a lot from the training course.

Moving forward, we have to keep upgrading ourselves and broaden our knowledge. Every teacher benefitted a lot from the training course, and they will certainly put what they have learned to good use. We will keep improving ourselves and look forward to giving each and every kid our best.
